Being healthy and fit in life is a precious gift of God. To perform any task or physical work without any fatigue is known as fitness. In the online time, everyone wants to know how to be smart and fit at home.
The reason why I don’t become fit?
Unsafe environment, don’t take regular exercise, bad weather, and diet disorder, lack of facilities and discomfort are the reasons that you don’t keep fit.

You can easily become fit and healthy by achieving a good diet, do exercise, and other natural ways that I describe in detail.
1 Go walking
Walking is a really important part of a healthy and fit life. There are many benefits of walking. It keeps your body part knees strong. And also make your lungs and heart active and performing well. It keeps the body’s blood circulation average.
You increase the length speed of your workout. Go to walk more and do your long distance with walking.
Keep walk for one kilometer every day.
If your workplace is at some long distance then you cover the distance with a cycle. It helps to make strong your legs.
2 Choose a plan and stuck it

You better know what you do. You are your boss. You are the only one that controls your activities and makes yourself Happy!
To become fit in life is a difficult task, but if you want to do it then you do it. The best idea to stay smart or fit is to stick to your plan. make a daily routine that you follow easily and stuck it.
3 Start exercise at home
Some people have not enough money or time to go to the gym. But you don’t need to go to the gym. Exercise is very beneficial for a healthy body.
The best exercise you do at home for this purpose is push-ups. Use weight upon to wall or floor to your body strength.
Yoga is also best for fitness. Sit on the ground or yoga carpet for this exercise. It keeps your concentration level great.
The other exercise is situps. It is done easily when you laying on the ground with a technique or with your exercise ball.
4 Drink enough water
Over 60% of the adult human body consists of water. Water is necessary for all body chemical reaction which occurs in the human body.

The quantity of water your body needs depends on how much your weight. Water makes you active and fit.
If you do exercise then you need to increase your intake of more water.
5 avoid junky/ unhealthy food
If you don’t have much time to cook your food then you find some difficulty to do it.

You save your time by eating junky food. But you don’t know how they affect your stomach. Many people neglect it, if you do focus on exercise and not do focus on your food or diet, you will not become fitter.
Junky food is not best for your health it contains poor nutrition and also contains high sugar like cake, pudding, and cookies.
It also contains oils. Avoids from artificial or junky food to remain fit naturally.
6 Eat healthy food
You know that balanced or healthy food increase energy, increase your metabolism and productivity. A healthy and balanced diet makes you fresher and happier.

Eat food that rich in vitamins and average nutrients. Eat fresh vegetables, bananas, melons, apples, carrots.
The food that rich in fiber is green beans, black beans, pears, and cook lentils.
The food that contains more proteins, fish, red meat, nuts, eggs, cheese, soybean.
7 Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates consist of sugars but rich in vitamins, fiber, and healthy minerals. The simple carbohydrates consist of little nutritional substance.
The simple carbohydrates are jams, candy, sugars. And complex carbohydrates yams, beans, and potatoes.

In this online age, everyone is busier to perform their task. Don’t waste your time on bad things. Just make a list of your priorities and handle them in order of greatness.
Manage your time and get disconnected from work and care for yourself. Turn off your mobile for some time and make a list to properly break in a day. Manage the time of your eating properly. When you give more time to yourself then automatically you will become fitter and healthier.

Sleeping is vital for a happier life. When you sleep your mind makes the thought throughout the day. After much work when you sleep, you feel fresh.

11 Drink green tea
Green tea is another thing that makes you fit or smart. It supports your brain functions. It increases memory and attention. The chemical Epigallocatechin Gallate burns calories after workouts. after a workout, It is best to drink. It also reduces the attack of many other diseases.
12 Believe in yourself
If you are believe and determined that you achieve your best goal to be a fit then you can do it. Without determined you do nothing. Don’t care what the people think about you.
Motivate yourself by gaining the path of fitness and a healthy life. When you feel and look good then you can do it.
